It is possible to buy boxes of cupcakes with flavors chosen by our team. You have the choice between our boxes of mini cupcakes or regular cupcakes. You find this selection of products in the chef's choice cupcakes category.

Cupcakes: Cupcakes keep very well cold. However, don't forget to take them out 2 to 3 hours before consuming them so that the product is at room temperature. You will then be able to taste our product at its best!

Cakes: We recommend leaving the cake at room temperature for 4 to 5 hours before eating. The cake keeps very well in the cold, but don't forget to take it out well in advance!

Yes. We have developed several vegan recipes, allowing us to offer a great range of flavors to customers who opt for this choice. Discover our chocolate-ganache, chocolate-oreo cookie and vanilla flavors without delay.

Our selection of vegan products does not contain any dairy products, so you can enjoy yourself in complete peace of mind!

Some of our products contain nuts or peanuts. We take great care to clean our work surfaces and utensils between our different recipes, however, it is impossible for us to guarantee the absence of traces of nuts or peanuts in our products.

Please mention any allergies when confirming your order to allow us to take necessary precautions.

Our stores do not currently offer gluten-free products.

Our products may contain or come into contact with dairy, wheat, nuts, soy and other allergens. Although some of our desserts do not contain soy, dairy, wheat, peanuts, nuts, seeds or any other allergy or health related foods, all of the above are used in all our kitchen. Although we are extremely cautious to avoid cross-contamination, individuals with severe tree nut, soy, dairy, gluten, or other food allergies should exercise extreme caution and exercise their own discretion.

Our cakes come in formats of 2 to 4 servings, 6 to 8 servings, 12 to 15 servings and 20 to 25 servings.

We also offer a selection of 2-layer cakes of 20 and 40 servings.

We do not make square cakes, but we offer the possibility of preparing cupcake trays which offer an alternative to square cakes.

Our basic cake flavors are: vanilla, chocolate, red velvet, confetti. We also have carrot cake which is delicious!

The main difference between a ganache and a chocolate icing lies in their composition:

- Ganache is an emulsion of chocolate and cream. The mixture brings out all the depth of the chocolate and remains very little sweet.

- Chocolate frosting can vary in its composition but for our part, it contains chocolate, mixed with butter and cream cheese. This is what makes its taste and texture so creamy! Icing sugar is added to bind everything together and ensure a texture that provides a beautiful finish on cakes and cupcakes!

You can order an edible print by selecting the product corresponding to your needs (half sheet or full sheet). You must attach the image to be printed as an attachment to your order.

After receiving your order and payment, our team immediately gets to work to ensure an exceptional experience, whether for pickup or delivery.

3. Careful packaging: Once the cupcakes are ready, they are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We pay special attention to packaging to maintain the quality and freshness of each product.

4. Expedited Shipping or Preparation for Pickup: Your order is then delivered to our EVA COOP delivery service or is prepared for pickup. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link if you have chosen delivery, or an availability confirmation message in case of pickup.

5. Delivery to your Doorstep or Store Pickup: As soon as your order reaches its destination, our delivery service ensures that it is delivered safely to your doorstep. If you chose pickup, be sure to collect your order in store according to the instructions provided.

6. Satisfaction guaranteed: We are determined to ensure your complete satisfaction. After receiving your order, please give us your feedback. If you have any questions or concerns, our customer service team is here to help.

Custom orders may require up to 5 days. It is therefore recommended to contact us at least 1 week in advance.

We deliver to the entire Island of Montreal, the North Shore and the South Shore. If your location is outside of our regular delivery area, we will be happy to confirm a specific rate for your location.

For the moment, we limit our deliveries to addresses located in Montreal. However, we accept orders from overseas and Europe. Whether to offer a sweet treat to a loved one or to celebrate a special occasion, our cupcakes are available. We always strive to ensure the freshness and quality of our cupcakes, and this currently involves limited geographic coverage. On the Island of Montreal* and in the service area covered by our Brossard store, on weekdays between 9 am and 5 pm, the basic delivery cost is $18 (tax not included). We request a 3-hour lead time for regular delivery. On weekends, the basic delivery cost for all the aforementioned zones is $25 (tax not included). Do you live outside this area? You can modify your order as long as it is not in preparation. Please inquire about the status of your order. Additional charges may apply.

If you need to modify the delivery address for your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. You have 5 days to cancel an order free of charge. If the deadline is shorter, a partial refund (maximum 50%) can be granted, as long as the order is not in preparation. Please inquire about the status of your order.

If you are not home when your order is delivered, here are several alternatives:

1. Leave special instructions when ordering: During the ordering process, you can add special instructions for the delivery person. For example, you can request to drop off the order at the front door, with a trusted neighbor, or at a specific location on your property.

2. Have it delivered to work or another address : If possible, choose a delivery address where you or someone else will be present to receive the package. You could opt for delivery to work, to a friend or family member's house.

3. Track delivery in real time : Use the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email to track your package in real time. This can help you adjust your plans accordingly.

4. Contact Customer Service : If you know you will not be available, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to provide you with alternative options or solutions to ensure successful receipt of your order.

By taking these steps, you can maximize your chances of receiving your cupcakes in perfect condition, even if you're not home at the time of delivery.

It can sometimes be challenging to find parking directly in front of our shops located in the heart of Downtown or Old Montreal. Feel free to request our curbside service when picking up your order. We will bring your cakes to you without you having to leave your car! For our South Shore customers, please note that our Brossard store is located adjacent to a spacious parking area.

All our stores accept Interac, Credit cards and cash payments.

Our stores have different opening hours, which vary depending on the season. We invite you to check the “Our stores” section on our website to find out the opening hours specific to each point of sale. Some of our points of sale remain open on public holidays.
